OUR STORY
We make Cheese Bones the traditional way — using British cow’s milk, time-honoured cheesemaking techniques, and patience.
Every chew starts life as fresh milk and is transformed by hand into a long-lasting, natural cheese chew for dogs. We don’t rush the process, and we don’t cut corners. The result is a chew dogs genuinely love and owners can trust.
HOW IT’S MADE
Step-01
BRITISH COW'S MILK
It all starts with British cow’s milk, produced from British farms and selected for quality and consistency. The milk is brought into our production process and gently heated to begin cheesemaking.
Step-02
CURDS & WHEY
As the milk is heated, we carefully adjust the conditions to encourage it to separate into curds and whey. The liquid whey is then drained away, leaving behind rich cheese curds that form the foundation of every Cheese Bone.
Step-03
PREPARING THE CURDS
The curds are prepared using closely managed techniques before being pressed into solid cheese blocks, removing most of the remaining whey.
Step-04
PRESSED INTO BLOCKS
The prepared curds are pressed into solid cheese blocks, giving each chew its dense structure and strength.
Step-05
HAND-CUT TO SIZE
Once set, the cheese blocks are hand-cut into individual chew sizes. Every size is cut by hand, with drying time and chew strength carefully considered.
Step-06
NATURALLY AIR-DRIED
The hand-cut chews are then left to naturally air-dry for up to 120 days in climate-controlled, hygienic drying rooms, allowing moisture to reduce slowly and evenly over time.

Good cheese takes time. That’s why we allow every Cheese Bone to dry slowly and naturally.
By letting time do the work, we create a chew with character, strength, and a texture dogs instinctively respond to.
